The Ultimate Engineering Challenge
Your problem-solving skills are needed to tackle some of India's most complex grassroots challenges. This isn't about optimizing ad revenue. It's about optimizing lives.
An invitation from an IIT Delhi alumnus to the brightest minds of India: Leave the simulation. Enter the real world.
An Internship in Nation-Building
This is an opportunity to apply your world-class education to world-changing problems.
Solve High-Stakes Problems
Work on challenges where the outcome directly impacts lives. Design systems for education, agriculture, and community health with immediate, measurable feedback from the real world.
Build From Zero to One
This is a greenfield opportunity. You won't be fixing legacy bugs. You will architect, design, and deploy mission-critical systems from the ground up, owning the entire product lifecycle.
Develop Full-Stack Acumen
Go beyond code. Learn resource allocation under extreme constraints, user-centric design through direct community interaction, and agile project management. This is the ultimate full-stack experience: Technology + Humanity.
Direct Mentorship
Work directly with our founder, an IITD alumnus, and a core team of dedicated professionals. This isn't a corporate hierarchy; it's a small, focused task force. Your ideas will be heard and valued.
A Life-Altering Perspective
Understand the complexities of India beyond the urban bubble. This experience will fundamentally change how you view engineering, society, and your own potential to create change.
An Unforgettable Portfolio
Leave with more than just a certificate. You'll have a portfolio of deployed projects, tangible impact data, and a story that will set you apart in any future endeavor, be it a global tech company, a startup, or public service.
Choose Your Mission
These are not tasks; they are missions. Each role comes with significant autonomy, responsibility, and the opportunity to create lasting impact.
The Challenge:
Our Gurukulam's operations, from student admissions to academic performance tracking, are manual and inefficient. This consumes valuable teacher time that could be spent on mentoring students.
Your Mission:
Design, develop, and deploy a lightweight, robust Gurukulam Management System. This includes a student information module, a performance analytics dashboard for teachers, and a low-bandwidth mobile interface for parents.
Skills Required:
The Challenge:
Local farmers suffer from unpredictable yields due to erratic weather and inefficient water usage. They lack access to data-driven insights to optimize their organic farming practices.
Your Mission:
Develop and implement a low-cost, IoT-based soil moisture and nutrient monitoring system. Create a simple data analytics platform to provide farmers with actionable advice on irrigation and organic inputs via SMS or a simple app.
Skills Required:
The Challenge:
We know we are creating impact, but we need to quantify it effectively to secure future funding and scale our operations. Our data collection is fragmented across multiple, offline sources.
Your Mission:
Establish a unified data collection framework across all our programs. Build automated dashboards to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for education, agriculture, and entrepreneurship. Conduct a qualitative and quantitative impact assessment study.

Internship Logistics
Stipend
A modest stipend will be provided to cover basic living expenses.
Durations
8-12 weeks, flexible based on academic calendar (typically May-July).
Location & Accommodation
The internship is based at our campus in Raghopur, Bihar. Clean, simple, and safe on-campus accommodation and food will be provided.
This is an intense, immersive experience. We seek candidates who are adaptable, self-motivated, and driven by a desire to learn and contribute.
Voices from the Field
Perspectives from past interns who took the challenge.
"I wrote more meaningful code in 8 weeks here than during my entire previous internship at a big tech firm. Seeing the teachers use the system I built, and knowing it saves them hours every day... that's a different level of satisfaction. This isn't just resume-building; it's character-building."

Aarav Sharma
IIT Delhi, Computer Science
Tech for Impact Intern, Summer '24
"My coursework was all theory. Here, I designed a real, low-cost rainwater harvesting system that is now being implemented. I learned more about frugal innovation and user-centric design in two months than in two years of college. You learn to solve problems with your brain, not just with a budget."

Priya Singh
NIT Trichy, Civil Engineering
Sustainable Agriculture Intern, Summer '24
"The 'impact' in a corporate ESG report feels abstract. Here, I was on the ground, interviewing farmers and students, collecting data, and building a model that directly influences strategy. This experience gave me a clarity of purpose that no corporate internship could ever offer."

BITS Pilani, Economics & Finance
